Cathedral House Apartments

Appointed by the developer, our brief was to incorporate a scheme suitable for starter town apartments as well as two feature units. With wraparound ribbon windows and a red brick façade, inspiration came from industrial open plan loft living. Kitchens were fitted with smart gloss units, bathrooms were kept minimal with sleek white sanitary ware and contrasting grout metro tiles, while bedrooms were given a hint of lux with the addition of a deep pile carpet. The addition of glazing bars to the wrap around windows provided more of a feature to the otherwise large pane windows. Elsewhere, circulation spaces were fitted with concrete effect Amtico floors bringing together a robust but aesthetically appealing look.
